可利用性定义：

根据ISO-9定义设备将在一定时间内供客户使用，西门子中型燃气轮机可利用性定义为：AF:AvailabilityFactor（可利用率）FOH:ForcedOutageHours,thetimetheequipmentisoutofoperationincludingserviceactivitiesduringaforcedoutage.强制停机时间，设备停止运行的时间包括强制中断期间的服务活动POH:PlanedOutageHours(计划检修时间)

PH:PeriodHours,hoursintheperiodunderconsideration,e.g.oneyearhours

期时数，在考虑期内的时数，例如一年小时

安装机组的高可利用性是连续生产和生产关键是产出最大化。西门子中型燃气轮机计划停机时间定义为：

POH:PlanedOutageHours(计划检修时间)

POHrev:PlannedOutageHoursforrevisionaccordingtomaintenanceplan

根据维修计划计划检修时间
